The Jobs Foundation

Told real stories of opportunity across the UK - premiered at the House of Lords.

The Jobs Foundation asked us to create a short film to launch their Ladders of Opportunity report - a major national project exploring how good work changes lives and communities.

We developed the full concept and handled everything from pre-production to delivery - storyboarding, interviews, filming, edit, colour and sound. Over several weeks we travelled across the country, filming with Dusty Knuckle, Shaw Trust, Barnardo’s and M&S to show how businesses of all sizes are creating opportunity and social impact.

The final three-minute film blended authentic storytelling with cinematic visuals, supported by a series of short-form Reels designed to highlight individual stories and build momentum around the launch.

The film premiered at a House of Lords event in Parliament in front of business leaders, MPs and media, earning brilliant feedback and driving awareness of the Foundation’s message. It has since been used across digital channels, press coverage and stakeholder events to continue the conversation around work, opportunity and inclusion.

What started as a report launch became a campaign film that captured something bigger - the people and stories behind opportunity in the UK.
